Penis Size: Is Bigger Better?

Penis size seems to be the perpetual puzzle and problem to most men. Does size really matter?

When it comes to penises, many cultures have considered bigger to be better. Early Arab tribesmen, for example, believe that a large, well-developed penis was a symbol of power, masculinity and fertility. By doing penis exercises everyday from puberty to adulthood, some Arab men have attained sizes over 18 to 20 inches in length and nearly 8 inches in girth.

However, the question to ask is if this is true in today's modern world.

Today there is a whole industry solely devoted to penis enlargement. There is now a whole range of penis enlargement products available in the market from which you can choose from. These include penis enlargement pills, herbal products, patches, pumps, weights, and even surgery.

These various methods promise the same thing - to have a larger (better?) penis. But what they don't noticeably reveal are the consequences and drawbacks that these different methods bring about, and final results are seldom above expectations.

In fact, studies show that there are relatively few nerve endings in the far reaches of the vagina so bigger is NOT necessarily better for some women… that is in terms of their partner's penis size.

Most studies find that the average penis size is 5.5 inches. Some people, especially women, are satisfied with the size of their partners' members. However, others may found theirs lacking, or not to their specifications.

A study conducted shows that 26 percent of woman said that bigger penis is better; while 49 percent of them actually said, "it is not really the size but what you do with it."

The reasons why women say that bigger penis is better are listed below.

¢ For psychological reasons. Most often a well-endowed man is perceived as more manly by women. Women who have partners with bigger penis feel that they are more attractive and womanly. Moreover, some of them claim that "a bigger penis feels nicer." (See

¢ For visual stimulation. Women like to play with their guy's penises, and they get aroused or excited by looking at an erect one.

¢ For physical pleasure. Bigger penises are often longer and have wider girth. This easily stimulates the genital tissues around a woman's vagina so orgasm and sexual satisfaction is induced.

But it is also important to remember that sexual satisfaction is due to a number of things and size is only one aspect.
